What's near me in Mymensingh?

Visiting Mymensingh or studying at BAU? Type where you are. The map zooms in on you and shows the palaces and the Zainul Abedin museum by the Brahmaputra, with how far each one is.

Distances are as the crow flies (a straight line, bird's-eye view). By road it's usually a third to a half further. The map shows only the main roads.

Getting around

Ride-hailing apps work in many Bangladeshi cities and show the fare first. CNG auto-rickshaws, battery rickshaws and cycle rickshaws are everywhere; agree the fare before you set off.
Strikes and protests can close roads. Check local news and the U.S. State Department advisory before you go out.

Good to know

Each place links the source we took its facts from. Opening hours and fees change, and some places close on Fridays or for prayers: check before you go.
Areas are marked at about their centre, so the distance from your street can be a little more or less.
Dress modestly at mosques, shrines, temples and churches, and take your shoes off where asked.
Other cities: Dhaka, Chittagong, Cox's Bazar, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, Cumilla, Narayanganj, Gazipur.
